Through online or telephone counselling you can access the benefits of therapy from the comfort of home – or anywhere else that’s convenient for you.
I provide 50-minute Zoom and telephone therapy sessions. If you’re interested in online therapy but haven’t used Zoom before, don’t worry, I can talk you through how to use it so that you’re confident before our first online session.
Zoom is an encrypted and secure online space.
I hold a Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling that’s recognised by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the National Counselling Society and others. It’s your reassurance that you’ll get the same high-quality counselling as you would face to face.
